1、负责TikTok Shop面向创作者的短视频、直播AIGC工具体验设计，参与从需求分析、方案探索到设计落地的完整流程； 2、与产品、研发、算法等团队紧密协作，结合业务目标、用户需求和数据反馈，输出高质量、可落地的设计方案，并持续跟进上线效果与体验优化； 3、深入理解创作者在内容生产和直播经营中的需求，运用用户研究、产品分析等方法，发现体验问题与产品机会； 4、关注生成式AI、多模态交互及智能创作工具的发展，主动探索新的产品形态和交互方式，推动创新想法落地； 5、积极使用AI工具提升调研、创意、原型和设计交付效率，沉淀可复用的AI辅助设计方法，并参与设计规范与设计系统建设。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，人机交互、交互设计、体验设计、计算机、信息工程等相关背景优先； 2、具备扎实的产品设计基础、良好的审美与逻辑思维，能够将复杂业务和用户需求转化为清晰、可落地的体验方案； 3、对AI产品和新技术保持高度敏感，具有较强的好奇心、探索精神和学习能力，愿意主动研究并尝试新的产品形态； 4、熟悉Figma等主流设计工具，有生成式AI、智能创作、多模态交互或AI辅助设计实践经验者优先； 5、具备基础的用户研究和产品分析能力，能够通过访谈、可用性测试、数据分析等方式发现问题并形成设计判断； 6、有较强的自驱力、责任心和协作能力，具备良好的英文读写能力，有电商、内容创作、短视频、直播或产品相关实习及项目经验者优先。
