1、参与商品相关产品能力建设，包括但不限于商品发布、商品基础、商机中心，商品成长等模块； 2、输出分析报告、产品思路，沉淀供给侧策略认知，持续迭代供给洞察与商机招募相关产品能力； 3、参与AI诊断分析报告、AI Agent对话交互等AI相关产品方案设计，落地供给侧智能化能力建设； 4、和产品、业务、研发、数据等多方团队紧密协同，持续跟进方案落地，围绕优质商品供给、转化类核心指标持续迭代优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学相关专业优先； 2、拥有产品、研发、DS、策略分析、策略运营相关实习/项目经历优先； 3、逻辑思路清晰，具备独立撰写数据分析报告、方案总结与对外沟通表达能力； 4、英语读写流利，可作为日常工作语言，有国际化学习经历优先； 5、优秀跨团队协调沟通能力，责任心强，主动推进事项落地，结果导向。
