日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责运营Agent问题解决场景产品建设，围绕运营决策、作业与管理等环节，完成从场景定义、需求挖掘、产品设计到上线的迭代，提升问题解决质量与效率； 2、深入运营团队一线，理解各类运营人员的工作目标、方法与流程，识别高价值场景，并将复杂运营方法抽象为可复用的产品能力； 3、能够灵活运用Agent、Skill、MCP、A2UI、知识库等能力，完整设计人机协同方案，持续优化Agent的准确性、可用性与用户体验； 4、有效协同研发、设计、数据、垂域产品等协作团队，端到端推进产品快速迭代，保证功能按时、高质量上线。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，计算机、数据、商科、电子商务、管理科学等相关背景优先； 2、日常全勤5天实习，对电商、商业化、AI产品、CRM或SaaS工具有浓厚兴趣，有AI相关实习、校园项目、竞赛或研究经历者优先； 3、具备较强的学习能力和结构化思考能力，能够快速理解业务场景，并将复杂流程拆解为清晰的问题、角色和行动； 4、目标感强，主动性高，乐于在环境中解决问题，具备良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力； 5、具备基础的分析意识，能够通过数据和用户反馈发现问题、验证假设并推动优化。
