1、以Search Agent为核心主线，围绕用户历史上下文进行深度个性化理解、推理与决策，让搜索从被动的关键词匹配，升级为「懂用户、能推理、会决策」的AI搜索； 2、建设AI搜索全链路Harness能力，提升Agent在复杂链路下的稳定性和资源能效； 3、Post-training Optimization，搭建基于Rubrics的自动化评估体系，实现模型迭代与效果评估的闭环提升； 4、构建个性化能力，融合用户长期兴趣、实时意图与图文/视频等多模态信号，提供千人千面的搜索体验； 5、打造面向Agent的智能搜索引擎，攻克复杂Query下的搜索相关性问题，持续提升召回与排序质量。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，人工智能、计算机、电子、自动化、软件工程、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练运用各种算法框架与工程框架，熟练使用C/C++和Python语言； 3、在搜索、推荐、广告、自然语言处理NLP、自然语言理解NLU、多模态、机器学习、深度学习等一个或多个领域有较深入研究优先； 4、在人工智能领域、机器学习领域国际会议或期刊发表论文者优先； 5、具有良好的问题分析解决能力与沟通协作能力。

加分项： 1、具有优秀的基础算法、扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟悉NLP、RL、ML等领域的技术，在KDD、SIGIR、ICML、ACL、COML、EMNLP、CVPR、ECCV、ICCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、SIGGRAPH或SIGGRAPH Asia等会议/期刊上发表论文者优先； 2、ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOl、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 3、在Agent、多模态、世界模型、RL等领域，主导过大影响力项目者优先； 4、有AI搜索、Coding Agent相关实习经历并参与项目者优先。
