日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、在导师指导下，参与物流、供应链场景下Data Agent系统的设计与开发，落地交互式查询、归因分析、自动报告生成等能力，打造业务团队的通用AI数据助手； 2、参与建设场景的算法工程引擎，学习并整合供应链预测、仿真、调度等算法能力，支撑从「数据查询」到「智能决策」的全链路能力升级； 3、参与将大模型、Multi-Agent协作、Function Calling等前沿AI技术应用到真实业务中，协助优化Agent的任务拆解与推理调度能力，解决典型供应链业务问题； 4、协同产品、运营和数据团队，打通业务数据资产与工具链，参与构建Agent的数据源与工具调用体系，推动场景持续落地与优化； 5、参与搭建Agent效果评估与监控体系，沉淀场景化优化经验，持续提升系统的准确率、稳定性与用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、物流工程、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握一门编程语言（如Python/Go等），对LangChain等主流Agent框架或大模型开发有一定了解，有大模型API调用、多轮对话或工具链封装相关实践者优先； 3、了解RAG、Function Calling等Agent相关技术，对如何解决大模型幻觉、复杂任务拆解等问题有兴趣，有相关实验或项目经历者优先； 4、具备良好的数据基础，熟悉SQL，了解Spark/Flink等大数据组件者优先，有供应链、物流或交易业务数据分析/建模项目经验加分； 5、学习能力强，具备良好的业务理解与跨团队沟通协作能力，对AI前沿技术有强烈好奇心和探索欲，愿意在导师支持下承担从0到1的系统建设与落地工作。
