1、负责国际电商（TikTok Shop）客服业务平台架构设计，研发体系搭建，工程化方案优化； 2、完成用户端、商家端、运营端产品功能设计和开发，结合LLM等前沿领域，探索、设计并实现AI-Native的应用架构； 3、设计、落地客服业务场景AI Coding、智能业务交付、AI智能体验优化等体系化建设； 4、设计与实现基于LLM的Agent应用，包括任务规划、对话管理、意图识别、工具/流程编排与执行闭环，帮助业务提效、解决业务痛点。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备良好的计算机基础，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，熟悉前端（React/Vue）或后端（Java/Golang）至少一门语言； 3、理解大语言模型的基本原理与应用范式，包括PE、RAG、MCP、CoT、MEM和评测等，持续关注业界进展与最佳实践； 4、对AI工具有实际使用与落地经验，熟悉AI Coding流程，有AI赋能研发实践优先，具备复杂项目开发、用户交互体验优化经验的同学优先； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作和逻辑思维能力以及服务意识。
