1、参与C端产品建设，包括增长Agent、AI智能助手等方向，打通增长表达Agent链路、与垂类助手等场景落地； 2、参与用户增长产品设计，围绕用户授信激活、用信转化、优惠触达等链路，完成需求分析、方案设计； 3、参与客户投诉体验Agent搭建，通过原声分析、知识库搭建、工具调用和意图识别等能力建设，解决客户投诉响应、定位与分析； 4、基于用户行为、实验数据和用户原声等完成C端产品方案、策略上线，完成用户增长及留存； 5、协同业务、算法、研发、数据、运营等团队，推动AI能力在金融业务场景中提效与应用。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学、数学、金融、经济等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品、智能助手、Agent、RAG、AIGC等方向有兴趣，有相关实践经验优先； 3、具备良好的产品思维和用户洞察能力，能从用户场景出发拆解问题并输出方案； 4、数据敏感，具备基础数据分析能力，熟悉SQL/Python/Excel者优先； 5、逻辑表达清晰，文档能力强，积极主动、执行力强，每周可保证4天到岗； 6、有互联网产品、用户增长、智能客服、金融科技相关实习经历者优先。
