日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协同搭建内容增长激励AI提效工具，将UGC用户激励全生命周期AI化，构建数据驱动、自动执行、智能迭代的运营闭环； 2、负责业务数据分析与异动归因，搭建AI数据洞察与智能化归因的链路，提升业务数据监控与解读的效率； 3、协同探索抖音UGC运营的新业务模式，规范化各圈层的落地执行动作，促进业务目标的有效达成。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对AI行业的发展有热爱、有思考，有一定的AI模型使用与调优经验； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维与业务理解力，能主动积极地思考问题解法； 4、工作认真负责、执行力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力与跨团队协作意识； 5、能保证每周出勤4天及以上，连续实习6个月及以上者优先，可长期实习者加分。
