日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、跟踪站内外AI与科技内容趋势，关注AI社区、开发者社区、黑客松等前沿动态，输出可落地的选题方向及判断依据； 2、参与UGC投稿活动的选题策划与执行，协同多方推动活动上线与传播，重点覆盖AI创作展示、工具评测、教程攻略、应用案例等方向； 3、发掘并建联优质AI与科技领域创作者，撰写邀约沟通材料，推动合作落地与效果复盘； 4、探索AI工具在内容运营工作流中的应用，沉淀可复用的工作方法与流程，用AI提升运营效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、一周可出勤4天以上，可连续实习3个月及以上；熟悉至少一款主流AI助手或Agent工具，能用其完成日常工作任务，对AI工具在工作流中的应用有自己的实践与思考； 3、对AI与科技内容有持续关注，能清晰表达自己的观察与判断； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和主动推进事情的意愿； 5、有社区运营经验者优先，包括但不限于：在AI平台或AI社区参与或组织过话题讨论、内容活动或投稿活动。
