1、推动大模型能力在UGC内容分发场景的策略化落地，基于LLM内容理解、多模态理解、Embedding表征、向量检索、RAG等技术，提升内容语义理解、意图识别、兴趣泛化和个性化分发效果； 2、深入参与推荐/搜索分发链路建设，围绕内容理解、召回、排序、供给调节、冷启动和长尾分发等关键环节，结合消费历史、内容标签、语义向量等信号，构建千人千面的内容分发策略； 3、建设内容生态健康、分发效果和体验评估体系，识别低质内容、兴趣窄化、搜索满足度不足、优质供给分发不充分等关键问题，并通过策略迭代推动平台内容生态长期增长； 4、与算法、数据、内容生态、垂类运营等团队紧密协作，完成从策略洞察、方案设计、实验验证到规模化上线的业务闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上推荐/搜索/内容分发策略、AI策略产品或内容平台相关经验优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析和策略抽象能力，熟练使用SQL，能够通过数据定位问题、定义指标、验证策略收益； 3、对大模型方向有系统性了解，理解LLM、RAG、Embedding、向量检索、多模态理解、Prompt Engineering、模型评估等技术原理及应用方式，参与过相关项目者优先； 4、理解推荐/搜索基础机制，对内容理解、意图识别、召回链路、排序策略、个性化分发、生态治理等方向有实践经验者优先； 5、逻辑清晰，具备较强负责人意识、跨团队协作能力和业务推动力，能够在复杂业务环境中独立完成规划拆解和结果交付。
