1、主导招聘业务与组织管理系统从0到1建设：深入招聘一线，围绕招聘交付、人才运营、项目管理、经营分析等场景，与业务策略团队协同完成需求分析与产品设计，并借助AI编程工具直接完成系统开发与上线，实现“想法→可用产品”的极短闭环； 2、推动AI Agent在招聘流程落地：结合大模型能力，在简历开源、候选人评估、流程推进、信息补全等关键环节深度嵌入Agent，探索定义招聘工作流中人与AI的分工模式； 3、搭建招聘数据体系与管理看板：整合多源数据，构建统一的数据底座，设计面向一线、管理者等多层级看板，支持数据驱动的管理决策，实现指标自动监控、异常预警与归因下钻； 4、推动系统规模化使用与持续演进：与招聘交付团队紧密协同，持续挖掘高价值场景，推动系统在千人规模组织中落地，基于使用数据与一线反馈反向驱动产品迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、人力资源管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上B端产品经理经验，有人力资源系统（ATS/HRIS）、CRM、线索/销售管理、流程运营、ERP或企业内部管理系统经验者优先； 3、具备Vibe Coding实战能力，有编程基础，熟练使用至少一种AI编程工具（TRAE/Cursor/扣子等）独立完成过可运行的Web应用开发，能处理前后端功能、API对接、数据处理与部署上线； 4、理解LLM/Agent/RAG/Prompt Engineering等概念，有AI应用落地经验，对模型能力边界有清晰认知，能通过评测反馈体系持续优化效果； 5、强自驱与执行力，能在不确定环境中，独立推动从需求到上线的全流程，对系统应用效果负责。
