日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音模型效果团队主要负责提升文生图、文生视频等大模型的美感效果，工作内容包括优质美学数据建设、美学标准定义、美感评测及效果验收、模型训练、美学算法策略等。目前已在Dreamina/剪映/豆包/抖音/火山/番茄小说等业务中开始逐步应用。

1、完成大模型相关设计工作，美学标准制定、美学数据采集及美学颗粒度打标等，保障交付质量； 2、与团队协调配合参与创意讨论； 3、负责日常创意设计资料的收集与整理工作； 4、协助完成美学数据建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，美术、设计、美学、摄影、导演、动画等相关专业优先； 2、有优秀的艺术素养，对艺术有独立思考，审美好，有美学设计经验优先； 3、对AI领域有研究，熟悉StableDiffusion，MidJourney等AIGC工具，熟练搭建ComfyUI等工作流者优先； 4、创新意识强，学习能力强，善于团队合作、能与研发等各部门人员有效对接。
