1、作为AI商业分析成员，深度分析AI广告的商业表现，追踪业务目标达成，精准定位增长瓶颈与机会，为高速增长的AI广告营销业务提供关键洞察、策略支持及可行动的决策建议，深入体验和思考AI浪潮下的有效AI应用场景； 2、与产品、运营、数据等团队紧密协作，并结合客户调研和行业动态，协助制定年度的业务战略规划，促进跨团队高效沟通与共识达成； 3、深度参与业务问题研究和数据分析专项，通过分析挖掘驱动产品优化与运营策略升级； 4、负责AI广告业务运营，协同区域运营及销售团队推广AI广告能力，制定面向客户的推广策略及培训材料；对接产品研发团队，收集并梳理业务需求，推动产品优化和落地；诊断客户对AI广告产品的使用问题，协调技术团队排查并推进解决方案； 5、推进运营、产品、销售等团队在关键项目层面的决策沟通，促进创新模式落地与组织能力提升。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上的战略咨询/商业分析/经营分析经验，有与产品和运营有协同合作、推进落地经验者优先； 2、有互联网商业化、咨询公司、AIGC业务经验者优先； 3、分析能力强，数据敏感度佳，具备复杂数据分析能力和工具使用者优先； 4、积极主动，跨团队文化沟通能力强，学习能力强，沟通协调和推进力强，适应能力好； 5、英语口语、写作能力流畅，英文能够作为工作语言。
