团队介绍：致力于通过热点内容管理、平台沟通与信任建设、编辑与研判等手段，持续为打造健康繁荣的抖音内容生态护航，提升用户内容消费体验。同时我们希望以创新的智能内容挖掘与理解为手段，针对低质、争议、谣言、虚假等问题展开治理，营造一个良好的内容消费氛围。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音内容生态治理策略体系的规划与建设，尤其聚焦于网络谣言、AIGC等虚假不实问题域治理，协同算法、审核、产品研发等团队，落地覆盖问题发现、定义、识别、处置、沟通的全链路治理流程与机制； 2、负责构建风险感知策略与能力，重点设计针对AIGC特征、谣言传播模式的风险发现策略，探索并落地大模型在风险内容挖掘等场景应用，实现对虚假不实内容风险的主动感知； 3、负责用户可信认知产品规划及设计，深度理解内容与用户，合理化设计产品，借助AI赋能扩大正向声量，有效提升平台用户真实感； 4、规划并推动大模型Agent技术在治理流程（如自动化研判、复杂案例处置、争议事件澄清、用户AI辟谣等）中的深度整合与应用，提升治理效率与智能化水平； 5、规划业务发展方向与目标，围绕虚假不实内容治理产出具有长期价值的优化思路，做好项目优先级管理，高效推进跨部门协作，确保治理目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有平台治理、策略产品、数据分析或大模型相关经验，有生态治理、大模型Agent应用经验者优先； 3、较强逻辑思维与系统设计能力，能将复杂问题拆解为可量化的指标和规则； 4、熟练使用SQL等工具分析数据，擅长通过数据驱动决策，具备Python数据分析经验者优先； 5、熟悉内容社区运作机制，对创作者心理和用户需求有敏锐洞察； 6、责任心强，具备跨团队协作能力，能在中平衡短期效果与长期生态健康。
