1、负责抖音电商短视频/直播AIGC相关业务的后端系统设计与开发，包括但不限于AI视频脚本生成、智能剪辑、数字人直播等； 2、深入业务，构建支持电商AIGC全链路（创作、管理、分发、运营）的一站式平台与工作台，提升商家内容创作效率与营销效果； 3、负责对接并整合内外部大模型、视觉生成模型（VLM）、音频生成等AI能力，构建稳定、高效、可扩展的AI服务中间层与工程化框架； 4、持续跟进并研究业界前沿的AIGC技术、多模态大模型及创新产品，将可行的新技术快速落地到业务场景中，驱动业务创新； 5、对AIGC系统进行架构优化与性能调优，保障系统的稳定性、可用性与成本效率。

1、计算机、通信、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年以上后端开发经验，有AIGC、内容电商、AI系统、内容挖掘相关经验者优先； 2、精通Golang/Java/Python中的一种或多种，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的系统设计能力，能独立负责复杂模块的设计与实现； 3、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka等主流中间件，具备数据库性能优化及分布式系统设计与开发经验； 4、对技术有热情，学习能力强，能快速理解并应用AIGC领域新技术，具备优秀的技术调研与落地能力； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力、问题分析与解决能力，对业务结果有强烈的责任感。
