1、参与AI视频大模型的数据建设、策略迭代、模型评测等，提升模型质量； 2、完成大模型相关数据工作，如标准制定与培训、数据采集与标注、搭建Workflow/Bot等，保障交付质量； 3、协助制定模型效果评估方案，如Prompt构建、评测体系设计等； 4、深入洞察用户需求与AI行业前沿动态，开展相关分析。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视相关专业（如导演、动画等）优先； 2、对AI视频领域有研究，熟悉全球主流的AI视频模型产品，有个人视频创作经验者优先； 3、对视频有专业的效果判断力，具备视频编辑与后期能力，熟悉AE、PR、Final Cut Pro、达芬奇或剪映专业版等视频创作工具优先； 4、有AI实践经验，关注多模态模型的发展动态，能独立完成AI效果链路搭建优先（如Workflow/Agent链路设计）； 5、创新意识强，学习能力强，善于团队合作、能与研发等各部门人员有效对接； 6、有大模型经验，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、模型理解与实验思维加分。
