1、理解电商内容标准：在短视频、直播方向，能理解抖音内容正负向标准，定义出AIGC的生成模板； 2、用好AI能力，生成好内容：基于内容标准，理解作者内容创作场景全链路，从直接生成、提供提效工具、提供创意几个层级给到作者产品能力，帮助作者生成优质内容，拉高投稿规模及质量； 3、联动流量场做好分发：识别好AI内容适合分发的场景、人群，让AI内容能看到效果，保障生成能力可迭代。

1、有AIGC工具经验，有图片或视频生成工具、智能创作工具等工作经验，能深入理解AI技术优先； 2、有内容产品经验，有内容平台、创作平台、剪辑工具等产品实践，有电商B侧经验优先； 3、数据分析能力，能独立分析流量、交易等结果表现数据，制定优化策略； 4、有创造力、协作力，对AIGC方向有激情，能协同所有上下游团队，结果导向做出前沿产品。
