1、规划AIGC内容生产平台整体架构，设计端到端生成链路与核心数据模型，支撑漫剧/短剧等内容的自动化与规模化生产； 2、构建支持内容经营的基础能力，包括账户权限体系、角色协作机制、内容资产管理与项目管理能力； 3、建设生成任务调度、批量生成控制、Prompt与参数管理、内容版本沉淀及质量评估机制，提升生产效率与内容稳定性； 4、打通内容审核、发布、分发与投放链路，支持内容资产在生态中的流转与收益追踪； 5、构建分发与变现数据反哺生产的机制，基于互动数据、转化数据与收益数据优化生产策略与内容质量。

1、3年以上产品经验，有AIGC内容平台、商业化产品或平台型产品经验优先； 2、理解内容生产、分发与变现逻辑，对内容在商业生态中的经营方式有系统认知； 3、具备较强的系统抽象与结构设计能力，能够构建生产与经营一体化平台能力； 4、对AIGC技术链路有基础理解，了解生成能力形态与规模化生产机制； 5、具备数据驱动思维，能够围绕内容供给效率与商业收益持续优化平台能力。
