日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、参与商业化创新产品AIGC产品设计开发，跟进需求开发和上线，并协调推动相关业务团队高质量执行； 2、负责使用AIGC产品广告投放效果度量相关数据进行整理、验证和分析，提升产品开发效率和广告主体验； 3、通过数据分析、需求收集、用户反馈，发现并优化AIGC产品界面问题，完成客户信任提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，理工科相关专业优先； 2、有商业化广告和AIGC相关实习经验的优先，较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析处理数据； 3、具有海外项目经验者优先，英语流利、可作为工作语言，并愿意积极的对外沟通； 4、抗压能力强，良好的自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务； 5、每周能保证实习4天及以上，能够至少实习5个月及以上。
