ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、参与抖音直播的AI分身的多模态理解和生成算法的实时化优化加速； 2、参与抖音直播AI分身多模态理解和生成等模型的部署上线，支撑多模态交互探索和效果迭代，打造下一代直播实时互动能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机及相关专业优先； 2、掌握计算机体系结构，有并行计算经验，了解GPU/CPU/NPU全链路相关的加速优化技术，包括且不限于SSE/AVX/Neon等指令优化和汇编优化、定点优化、低比特量化； 3、熟悉CUDA编程，具备较好开发能力，熟悉Triton、CUTLASS，有算子库开发经验者优先； 4、了解CNN、Diffusion model、Transformer、AI、LLM模型的优化加速技术，有实际相关项目经验者优先； 5、熟悉音视频流媒体计算，有高并发低延时系统落地经验者优先。
