1、参与Seedream、Seedance等生成模型在AIGC Agent链路中的优化迭代，提升模型生成质量、任务完成能力和用户体验； 2、围绕LLM、VLM、生成模型开展模型后训练与能力增强，包括但不限于： 1）RFT（Reinforcement Fine-Tuning）； 2）RLHF、GRPO等强化学习优化； 3）OPD（Online Policy Distillation）； 4）SFT数据构建与训练优化； 3、参与AIGC Agent系统能力建设，包括： 1）Agent Planning&Reasoning； 2）Context Management； 3）Memory机制； 4）Multi-Agent协作； 5）Self-evolving Agent能力； 4、针对复杂创作场景进行深入分析和优化，建立从数据、模型、Agent链路到产品效果的完整优化闭环； 5、一起将前沿模型能力落地到真实业务场景，推动AIGC产品体验持续提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、熟悉LLM/VLM/Agent相关技术，具备大模型训练、后训练或Agent优化相关经验； 3、具备模型迭代经验，深入参与以下任一方向的研究或工程实践： 1）RFT/RLHF/GRPO/OPD等模型强化与对齐优化技术； 2）SFT训练体系建设与高质量数据构建； 3）Agent RL能力优化； 4）多模态模型后训练与能力提升； 4、具备AIGC、多模态生成、智能体等方向实践经验，对AI创作场景有长期兴趣和深入理解； 5、具备Agent Post-training、Agent Evaluation、Agent Loop优化经验，以及Multi-Agent、Context Management、Memory、自我进化Agent等方向的研究或工程经验； 6、了解图像/视频生成模型技术（包括Diffusion、VAE、Transformer-based Generation等）并有相关优化经验，或在NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、CVPR、ICCV、ACL、KDD等人工智能领域会议发表论文，或在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Kaggle、TopCoder等国内外AI或编程竞赛中取得优秀成绩者优先。
