1、负责广告创意生成体系的核心研发，包含文案、图片、视频、数字人、交互组件等多模态内容，通过自动化与智能化Agent技术提升创意生产效率与投放表现； 2、探索面向用户与行业的个性化生成范式，基于人群特征、内容偏好和业务目标，实现“千人千面”的智能创意表达； 3、构建以投放效果为导向的生成—反馈闭环，围绕CTR等真实投放指标，持续优化生成模型、策略与内容质量； 4、推动新型创意形态落地，包括数字人内容、动态素材、组件化落地页、互动创意等，通过技术创新驱动广告体验与商业效果双提升。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程能力，熟悉常见数据结构与算法； 3、有机器学习、深度学习、推荐/广告/搜索、NLP、视觉、多模态等任一方向经验者优先； 4、对内容生成、大模型、数字人技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意在开放问题中探索并推动落地； 5、具备良好的分析能力与系统思考能力，能在复杂业务链路中找到技术切入点； 6、在ML/CV/NLP等方向的顶会（NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、CVPR、ACL等）发表论文者优先。
