1、负责T2V、T2I、LLM、MultiModal-LLM等模型的效率优化，包括但不限于模型蒸馏、裁剪、量化、算子优化、链路设计等，结合业务需求，将GPU性能发挥到极致； 2、探索极致的视频生成效果与视频生成性能，打造近实时的视频生成系统，并支持相关技术在数字人、商品视频等场景落地，赋能商业化场景创意制作及优化； 3、参与GPT & Diffusion等生成式模型相关算法研发与优化, 跟进计算机视觉和自然语言处理领域的前沿技术研究。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握C++/Python，精通数据结构与算法； 3、了解最新的T2V/LLM等大模型领域进展，熟悉视频生成、大语言模型等领域的压缩技术优先； 4、熟练使用PyTorch/TensorFlow/PaddlePaddle或其他主流深度学习框架； 5、具有AIGC模型训练/推理优化经验，熟悉vLLM、Diffusers等大模型工具优先； 6、积极主动有热情，能与团队融洽合作相处, 具备较强的沟通能力。
