1、负责Seedream图像大模型效果建设，深度参与Post-train全环节，包括模型效果理想态定义、效果标准定义及评估分析，指导模型效果迭代； 2、负责模型迭代的数据全流程管理，包含数据源扩充、标签体系建设、精品数据构造及数据配比策划，驱动模型在美感、编辑保持及指令遵循等核心指标的突破； 3、建立系统化的美学评价体系与量化方案，负责模型过程敏捷评测，通过深度分析模型规律与负面案例，提炼效果优化策略并指导算法迭代； 4、持续洞察AI行业前沿动态（如Gemini、Claude、Flux等）及影视/设计行业潮流趋势，深入分析用户需求，开展相关能力的前置探索与实验。

1、本科及以上学历，设计/艺术、导演、影视相关专业优先，具备高审美判断力与系统化美学储备； 2、理解大模型训练原理，具备优秀的数据驱动意识与逻辑分析能力，有大规模数据建设、标签体系设计、模型评测或效果产品经验者优先； 3、有AI实践经验，能独立完成AI效果链路搭建优先（如Workflow/Agent链路设计）； 4、对AI有热情与好奇，乐于挑战新事物，责任心强，优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力。
