日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、协助或独立完成面向欧美用户的AIGC剧情片的创意、剧本、分镜、人物形象设计； 2、协助或独立进行AIGC短片的画面、镜头运动、情绪表达指导； 3、参与AI剧本工作流的构建，包括使用与反馈； 4、协助AI剧本生成Prompt指令的迭代与优化等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，戏剧影视文学、导演、电视、电影、影视策划、动画相关专业； 2、对AIGC行业有热情，对LLM在剧本生成领域的应用探索有强兴趣，有AI短剧相关项目经历者优先； 3、编剧技巧扎实，熟悉市面上热门短剧、电影、动漫，了解常见LLM在剧本生成中的优劣势； 4、熟练使用Midjourney、即梦、可灵等AI生图工具，了解Dify、扣子等AI工作流框架，有过工作流（Workflow）搭建或相关项目经验者优先； 5、英语6级以上，了解国际化热门影视内容与审美偏好； 6、具备时间管理、沟通能力，有责任心，能够高效、按时完成任务，需至少实习4个月以上，每周出勤5天。
