日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、参与TikTok平台AIGC内容治理体系搭建，覆盖图像、视频、数字人等多类生成内容场景，推进风险识别、策略落地与流程优化工作； 2、跟踪主流AIGC生成模型（文本、图像、视频类）技术迭代、生成特性及潜在风险，为治理策略优化提供核心依据； 3、参与AIGC内容样本库、评测体系、规则策略搭建，优化内容识别、拦截、复核、申诉全流程治理机制； 4、参与AIGC内容流量策略调控工作，协同团队制定分级处置规则（限流、降权、复审、推荐扶持等），平衡生态治理与用户创作体验； 5、负责AIGC治理效果数据分析，跟踪核心指标，定位漏判、误伤、流量波动等问题，输出归因分析与策略优化方案； 6、关注全球AIGC治理政策、行业标准与前沿案例，开展专项研究，输出治理文档与策略沉淀成果，支撑跨区域团队协作与规则对齐。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、网络安全、传播学、法学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉主流AIGC生成模型基本原理、能力边界与应用场景，对AIGC内容生态、平台治理、流量策略有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的中英双语读写能力，适配全球化工作场景； 4、具备较强的逻辑分析、结构化思考与问题拆解能力，对数据敏感，擅长通过数据分析定位问题、输出解决方案； 5、掌握Excel、SQL等数据分析工具，有AIGC内容治理、内容风控、流量运营、产品策略相关实习或项目经验者优先； 6、责任心强，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，每周可实习4天，能连续实习3个月。
