日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、学历与到岗要求：本科及以上、处于最后一学年，可尽快入职并持续实习至年底；具备互联网科技、电商或平台型公司实习经历； 2、项目管理与推进：能够独立完成项目规划、任务拆解、跨团队协作、进度跟踪及复盘，主动识别并推动解决阻塞问题，确保关键里程碑按时交付； 3、数据分析与业务洞察：熟练使用Excel、SQL、数据看板等工具追踪指标、搭建报告机制，识别数据异常、业务问题、根因及增长机会，并输出可落地的建议和行动方案； 4、内容创作与质量优化：能够创建、审核和优化电商图文、场景化视觉及辅助文案，从视觉质量、信息表达、用户体验、平台合规和市场适配性等维度评估内容，并沉淀案例、标准和最佳实践； 5、市场与电商理解：理解欧洲市场（重点德国、法国、西班牙、意大利）、跨境及内容电商、选品、消费者心理和创作者/商家生态，能够提炼产品卖点与使用场景，兼顾内容吸引力和转化效果； 6、能力与加分背景：具备结构化思维、独立解决问题、快速学习和有效吸收反馈的能力；有电商/内容或平台运营、用户增长、品牌或商家运营经验，以及相关专业背景、AIGC创作经验或内容平台作品集者优先。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商业分析、电商、市场营销、传播等相关专业优先； 2、当前处于最后一学年，可尽快入职，并能实习至年底；具备科技、电商或平台型公司的实习经验；较强的结构化思维和问题解决能力：能拆解模糊问题，识别关键矛盾，分析根本原因，并在有限指导下提出可执行方案； 3、较强的项目执行和数据分析能力：能独立推进项目或子模块从规划到落地、复盘，使用Excel、SQL或数据看板追踪指标，识别数据异常或业务机会，并用数据支撑判断与建议；学习能力强，能有效吸收反馈，对同类任务无需反复指导； 4、有电商、内容运营、平台运营、用户增长或商家/品牌运营相关经验；或对电商内容、品牌传播和消费者心理有深入理解； 5、有使用AIGC工具进行图片生成或内容创作的经验（如Midjourney、Nano Banana、DALL·E等），有在Instagram、TikTok、小红书、抖音等内容平台创作或优化图文内容的经验，或有个人作品集； 6、熟悉欧洲市场、跨境电商、内容电商或创作者/商家生态者优先。
