1、负责字节跳动内部Agent产品Aime的品牌形象维护与传播推广策略制定及执行，围绕用户原声、产品能力和典型场景持续输出内容资产，在字节跳动内部持续渗透品牌认知； 2、负责品牌活动统筹与执行，围绕关键能力、热点事件或增长目标推进策划、落地与复盘，并跟踪传播效果、转化表现和关键漏斗变化； 3、负责内部推广渠道建设，完善推送平台、人群圈选、分层触达与内容分发链路，联动内部IP合作与跨团队资源，持续扩大覆盖面与转化效率。

1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上品牌运营或内容运营相关经验；有效率工具、AI产品或开发者工具运营经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的用户洞察能力，能从访谈、反馈、聊天记录和案例素材中快速抓出关键信息，作用于内容宣发及内部反馈； 3、具备成熟的内容策划与包装能力，能独立完成案例写作、专题策划、宣发文案和方法论沉淀； 4、具备较强的项目推进与跨团队协同能力，能够在产品、研发、设计、渠道等多方之间对齐目标并推动落地； 5、数据敏感度高，能够围绕触达、转化、留存等核心指标搭建分析框架，熟悉漏斗分析、活动复盘和基础实验思路； 6、结果导向，自驱力强，能在信息不完整的环境中保持判断力和执行力；对AI Agent、AIGC、企业协作与智能生产力工具保持长期好奇；学习能力强，能跟上产品快速迭代。
