团队介绍：Aime 是字节跳动打造的企业级 AI Agent 平台，面向研发、产品、运营等多类岗位，提供基于大模型的智能服务。平台集成代码仓库、文档、知识库、飞书、Browser Use、MCP、研发工具链等企业能力，支持调研、Coding、数据分析、文档生成、Browser Automation 等复杂任务，通过自研 Agent 架构完成端到端日常工作提效。

1、负责Aime通用Agent平台的数据开发工作，建设和维护稳定、高效、可扩展的离线及实时数据链路；负责ETL、实时计算、数据查询和任务调度流程的开发与优化，提升数据处理的稳定性、时效性和资源利用率； 2、负责平台运行指标、任务状态、服务调用、系统日志、资源使用等数据的采集、清洗、加工和存储；建设数据质量检查、异常监控和任务告警机制，及时定位并解决数据准确性、完整性、一致性及及时性问题； 3、参与数据仓库、数据模型和指标体系建设，为运营分析、效果评估、监控告警及业务决策提供数据支持； 4、根据数据安全与隐私保护要求，落实数据权限、脱敏、审计和生命周期管理等规范； 5、编写并维护数据模型、数据任务、指标口径及操作规范等相关文档，推动数据资产沉淀和复用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、大数据或其他相关专业，具备3年以上数据开发、数据工程或数据平台建设经验； 2、扎实掌握SQL，具备数据建模、复杂查询开发、性能优化及数据问题排查能力； 3、熟练掌握Python、Java、Scala、Go中至少一种编程语言，具备良好的编码习惯和工程实践能力； 4、熟悉Hive、Spark、Flink、ClickHouse、Doris等一种或多种大数据技术，具备离线或实时数据开发经验； 5、熟悉数据仓库、ETL、任务调度、数据质量、数据监控等数据开发常见技术和流程； 6、具备较强的逻辑分析、问题解决和跨团队协作能力，能够独立推进数据项目落地；对Agent、大模型或智能应用的数据基础设施建设有兴趣，具备良好的学习和技术探索能力。
