日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、用户反馈跟进与闭环：负责内部通用Agent平台用户群及Oncall渠道答疑，完成用户反馈、Bug的抽象分类，并推动产品研发功能优化； 2、用户访谈与案例挖掘：与产品研发团队保持沟通，基于能力更新或重点应用场景，锁定核心用户开展深度访谈，挖掘字节跳动内部真实AI提效场景，沉淀高质量结构化用户故事，制作宣发物料，组织宣发推广工作； 3、运营活动落地：不定期参与品牌活动策划并协助落地拉新与促活活动； 4、数据监控与复盘：整理推送数据、洞察用户反馈、结合转化漏斗等运营数据，基于数据平台输出结构化复盘报告。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、连续实习4个月及以上，每周出勤5天； 3、具备逻辑与抽象能力，拒绝“传话筒”，能从碎片化原声中提炼核心痛点，跨部门沟通需带着背景与初判结论； 4、具备数据与工具敏感度，熟练掌握飞书多维表格，能快速上手内部数据与运营工具，习惯用数据支撑结论； 5、具备良好的沟通与文字功底，能独立撰写排版精美的分析报告与宣发文案，同理心强，善于协同跟进复杂案例； 6、具备快速学习能力，对AI Agent、AIGC等前沿技术有较高热情，能快速理解业务上下文并融入团队。

加分项 1、有AI产品（Agent/AIGC）运营或用户研究经验者优先； 2、Agent产品重度用户，有Prompt编写实操经验者优先； 3、具备基础数据分析能力或飞书高级能力（卡片搭建/自动化流）者优先。
