1、结合创作者需求与AIGC行业趋势，负责AI音乐可视化创作工具的产品规划，输出产品定位、功能方案与迭代路线，探索新一代AI创作的人机交互范式； 2、建立生成效果的评估方法与标注规范，用数据驱动产品与底层模型能力的持续优化； 3、联动研发、算法、设计、运营推进版本开发与上线，把控项目进度与质量，识别并协调解决风险； 4、跟踪上线后核心数据，结合用户反馈与市场动态迭代产品； 5、落实AIGC内容安全、音乐版权与素材授权等要求，确保生成内容与流程合规可控。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有AI创作工具、音视频或内容平台实习经验优先；逻辑清晰、有结构化思维，能独立产出需求文档与产品方案； 3、良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能与算法、研发、设计高效配合。

加分项： 1、参与或主导过AI工具/AIGC产品从0到1的孵化、有专业级视频剪辑/后期经验，或对叙事风格有结构化拆解能力； 2、熟练使用飞书多维表格等数字化工具，有搭建自动化流程或项目看板的经验。
