1、参与视频与边缘全球业务智能运维体系的构建，负责AI Agent与基础平台能力的系统设计与开发； 2、基于大模型（LLM）构建生产级智能Agent，通过Prompt Engineering、RAG、MCP、Skill、多Agent编排、工具调用等技术，实现智能化故障诊断、根因分析、自动化修复、智能客服等能力； 3、探索AI Coding与AIOps前沿方向，快速原型验证新想法，落地音视频与CDN业务领先的智能流量管理与智能平台建设；参与百万级机器管理、百万级高并发能力构建，保证高代码质量与系统可靠性。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、通信或相关专业优先； 2、理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络等计算机基础知识，对SRE领域理解深入者优先； 3、对AI Agent有强烈的兴趣与动手能力，理解LLM的能力与边界，用过或亲手搭过基于大模型的应用/Agent（RAG、工具调用、多步任务编排等）； 4、有旺盛的好奇心和进取心，持续关注AI Coding、AIOps行业和技术动态，热爱研发创造性工作，做事高标准。

加分项： 1、有AI Agent/LLM应用的实际项目、开源贡献或竞赛经历； 2、熟悉音视频、CDN、分布式系统或运维（SRE/AIOps）；有高并发、系统的设计或实践经验。
