1、参与问题识别能力建设，基于工单和服务数据识别重复问题与共性问题，完成数据处理、规则实现、服务接口及效果验证； 2、参与真实解决率打标体系建设，制定标签规则、建设评测样本、参与自动打标能力开发，分析误判和漏判并持续优化识别效果； 3、参与故障图谱建设，梳理故障现象、影响对象、根因、解决方案和知识之间的关系，完成图谱数据加工、关系抽取、查询服务及可视化能力的落地； 4、参与智能诊断与服务Agent建设，将问题识别结果、故障图谱、KEDB和SOP应用于根因分析、处置建议和解决方案推荐，完成小型功能或MVP的独立开发与验证； 5、参与系统测试、上线和运营评估，跟踪识别准确率、标签一致性及实际解决效果，编写技术文档并保障项目交付质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学、统计、通信、信息工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握Go或Python，具备课程设计、竞赛、实验室项目或个人项目经验； 3、熟悉基础数据结构和算法，理解树、图、队列等结构；能够将其应用于文本处理、关系建模、链路分析等实际问题； 4、对AIOps、LLM和Agent应用有兴趣；了解文本分类、聚类、知识图谱、RAG、MCP或LangChain等技术，有相关项目或Demo经验者优先； 5、逻辑清晰，能够理解业务问题并拆解为可实现的技术任务；学习能力、自驱力和沟通协作能力良好； 6、具备基础英文技术资料阅读能力。
