1、具备较强的模型抽象和数据设计能力，熟悉常用的软件设计模式； 2、有工程组件化、框架设计和业务重构经验者优先； 3、较强的学习意愿，及时跟进移动端前沿技术，并有实际落地经验者优先； 4、具备扎实的Java和Kotlin基础； 5、(可选) 熟悉Android系统体系结构、framework、底层库，能进行技术疑难问题攻克； 6、(可选) 熟悉Android系统打包编译、插件化、热修复等主流技术原理； 7、(高阶) 有大型项目管理经验优先，对架构、稳定性和性能优化有一定的结构化思考。
