1、负责Android系统端侧可观测能力建设，设计并实现系统级数据埋点上报方案及SDK、接口能力，支持轻量化数据采集； 2、负责Android日志系统管控与轻量化设计，优化日志采集、存储、上报和治理机制，降低系统资源开销； 3、负责故障诊断分析平台建设，基于故障打点、日志、Trace、指标等信息构建诊断引擎，提升问题发现和定位效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备3年以上Android应用、Framework、Native或端侧基础架构开发经验； 2、熟悉Android系统架构及应用开发，理解Framework、System Server、Native服务、HAL、Kernel等核心模块及调用链路，具备Java、Kotlin、C++或C语言基础； 3、有端侧埋点SDK、日志系统、监控上报、链路追踪、可观测平台、稳定性治理或系统级问题分析经验者优先； 4、关注AI辅助研发，有AI Agent、AI Skill、智能诊断平台、自动化分析工具开发经验，或具备良好工程抽象和跨团队协作能力者优先。
