1、和产品、设计团队一起配合，负责抖音搜索的Android业务研发； 2、负责设计和打造高扩展性、高效率的搜索客户端框架； 3、打造全感知可兜底的技术体系，保障端侧整体体验和稳定性； 4、参与包括Hybrid引擎、前端、客户端、服务端全链条的跨端技术搭建和优化； 5、参与Android端性能、体验优化及质量监控评估体系建设； 6、负责LLM在端侧的部署、应用和创新，助力打造更好的策略模型，提升应用效果。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Android开发技巧，有丰富的Android应用开发经验； 3、熟练掌握Java或Kotlin语言，具有良好的编码和算法能力； 4、尊重技术的专业化和标准化，对代码的整洁性有追求； 5、良好的沟通能力和合作精神，有责任感； 6、有LLM部署应用或者端智能经验者优先；有跨平台&动态化开发经验者为佳；有开源项目、对知名的开源项目有过代码贡献者为佳。
