1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Android App或者3年以上Android OS开发经验； 2、具备良好的Java/C++/Kotlin语言基础，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，熟悉设计模式； 3、熟悉Android应用及系统框架，深入参与Android OS组件的定制开发及相关性能优化； 4、具备良好的团队合作意识，责任心强，工作认真细致。

加分项： 1、熟悉Android Framework架构、SystemUI或Launcher模块，熟悉Android显示渲染模块如View、HWUI、SurfaceFlinger架构，熟悉Jetpack Compose。
