1、负责字节跳动飞书AI产品「飞书妙记/AI录音」及视频会议的Android/iOS端研发，落地智能会议纪要、AI录音转写总结、智能音频处理等AI能力； 2、负责录音采集→AI实时转写→智能纪要生成→内容分发全链路的设计与高质量编码，打造AI能力在移动端的完整体验闭环； 3、与产品、算法、音频团队深度协同，需求定义、方案设计与体验打磨，推动AI能力从技术原型到亿级用户规模化商用落地； 4、攻坚核心技术难题，包括实时音视频与AI结合的交互优化、弱网/长时录音/大文件处理等复杂场景优化、端侧性能与稳定性治理、多端体验一致性建设。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1年以上Android/iOS移动端商业产品开发经验； 2、熟练掌握Java/Kotlin（Android方向）或Swift/Objective-C（iOS方向），精通对应平台SDK，熟悉UI、网络、多媒体等核心开发机制； 3、对移动端产品的稳定性、性能、功耗有追求，具备相关优化与线上治理实践经验； 4、具备良好的产品思维、架构设计能力与编码能力，责任心强，善于跨团队协作； 5、对AI产品落地有强烈热情，有音频/音视频开发、AI能力移动端落地、智能会议类产品研发经验者优先。
