1、负责TikTok Android业务架构体系建设，包括业务框架、标准开发范式及配套设施（MVVM框架、组件化/插拔化方案等），支撑全球化产品持续迭代；主导超大型Android工程的架构治理与演进：模块化与依赖治理、SPI解耦、动态化下发等，支撑多App产品矩阵的能力复用与新端快速孵化； 2、参与跨平台技术方向建设（Kotlin Multiplatform/Compose Multiplatform等），制定业务接入标准与迁移路径，推动新技术在生产环境规模化落地； 3、配合业务团队完成关键模块的技术选型与方案落地，解决复杂场景下的架构与代码质量问题，并沉淀为通用方案； 4、主导App架构设计、性能优化与稳定性提升，建设架构防劣化体系，保障核心体验指标长期健康； 5、参与前沿技术研究，承担业务架构方向重点、难点的技术攻坚。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、通信等相关专业； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，精通Kotlin/Java，具有良好的编码习惯和代码风格，熟悉Jetpack Compose/KMP者优先，对AI Coding及AI辅助架构治理有了解和实践者优先； 3、具备复杂业务架构抽象与设计能力，能从业务痛点出发沉淀通用框架与开发范式，有App组件化或业务框架建设的完整落地经验； 4、在客户端稳定性与性能优化方面有体系化思考，具备指标体系与防劣化机制的建设经验； 5、具备互联网工程重构与代码质量优化经验，能在复杂业务环境下平衡业务诉求与架构目标，推动跨团队架构演进落地； 6、较好的团队协作和沟通能力，积极乐观，责任心强，拥有持续学习和自我驱动的精神。
