1、负责字节跳动多业务线的API安全及反爬工作，为风控内准召指标和外部评价负责； 2、不断迭代风险认知，主动感知新风险并制定解决方案，保障风险视角看全，风险可平稳治理； 3、为治理过程中的成本和效率负责，应用AI能力融入工作流，优化数据和平台等基建设施； 4、沉淀系统性治理方法和方案，和业务场景做深入融合，尝试探索新应用场景。

1、本科及以上学历，思维逻辑严谨，沟通组织能力优秀，有较强的目标意识和项目管理能力； 2、具备风控专业知识，可评估业务风险并制定解决方案，推动落地及效果评价； 3、一年以上互联网风控策略制定经验，包括但不限于风险感知、数据分析、制定策略、方案推动等，熟练掌握数据分析工具使用，包含但不限于SQL/PySpark/Flink等； 4、加分项：具备复杂攻防经验，从事过反爬虫、流量反作弊方向工作，了解爬虫技术演变。
