1、负责抖省省App的激励广告产品规划与设计工作，负责流量策略、激励玩法，为端营收规模和ARPU负责； 2、提升抖省省激励广告收入，通过优化广告投放策略、金币数值策略、广告交互等方式持续提升变现效率； 3、保障客户投放体验，通过合理的任务机制、策略优化等方式提升客户转化效果； 4、建设激励生态，在客户、用户、平台整体视角挖掘激励的价值，形成良性循环，带动端LTV提升。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商业化产品经验，有激励广告、端变现相关经验优先； 2、良好的商业产品设计能力，对广告机制有全面的了解，在产品形态、样式交互、推荐策略、行业策略任何一个方向有专业度，并了解其余方向的工作，有实践经验或者在各自领域内做出创新贡献者加分； 3、良好的换位思考及跨团队沟通协作能力，能够站在媒体、客户、用户多角度思考问题，寻找全局更优决策； 4、良好的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，善思辨，能够带领业务不断创新取得突破。
