1、负责抖音旗下抖音商城APP的用户产品工作，为用户体验和交易效率负责； 2、洞察分析用户行为，理解电商场景下的用户需求、找到用户在独立端购物体验增量价值点并推动产品规划落地工作； 3、以成交效率和用户体验为目标，持续优化端框架，一级核心页面信息框架与内容呈现，提升体验与用户满意度； 4、明确业务现状和问题、制定产品规划、拆解落地，并能以项目负责人角色，推动协同场域/运营等跨部门团队共同完成目标。

1、3年及以上C端产品经理工作经验，具备优秀的产品设计与用户洞察能力，有电商平台首页或核心频道经验者优先； 2、熟悉用户行为分析，能够基于用户动机与场景设计差异化的承接方案，对流量分发、模块框架设计有系统方法论和实战经验； 3、较强的数据及业务分析能力，善于通过数据分析发现问题并制定相应策略；对用户体验敏感，沟通清晰，逻辑性强，有开创思维； 4、跨团队协同能力强，有良好的沟通能力和资源整合能力。
