1、有扎实的编程能力和良好的编码风格，熟悉DDD建模思想，有较强的业务架构设计能力，有生活服务业务建模经验者优先； 2、对业界数据库中间件、消息中间件及其他分布式系统的基础架构组件有深入理解，能够结合业务做出合理的技术选型； 3、具备丰富的架构设计经验，能够准确、全面的理解业务，并根据业务发展设计合理的架构方案； 4、具备良好的基本功，在计算机领域具有较完整的知识体系，并能结合到实际工作中； 5、具备良好的技术判断力、组织协调能力和强大的自驱力。
