1、负责独立APP补贴策略工作，通过商品和人群补贴策略，持续提升支付用户数和GMV； 2、理解人群分层和不同用户群的需求，并从用户需求刻画核心供给（商家和货品）的画像和分类； 3、结合商家经营视角，联动商家商品运营，搭建商品的识别、招商、分发等运营机制；根据业务需求建设比价能力，管控价格规则，确保价格优势； 4、制定合理的补贴数据指标，结合业务价值制定合理实验框架的ROI口径，同时负责团队内部预算管理，持续提升补贴钱效，协同业务和DS建设补贴数据体系； 5、跨部门高效协同产品、投放、运营、分析师等多团队，共同实现产品增长。

1、1-3年用户增长/补贴经验，熟悉有商品、价格、补贴方向的策略优先，本地生活和电商行业经验优先； 2、优秀的数据分析与洞察能力，能够熟练使用SQL/Excel/数据可视化工具，并将分析结果转化为策略建议； 3、有强烈好奇心，自驱力强、有韧性、具备较强协作能力，能独立拆解复杂项目并推动落地。
