1、负责编译工具链优化能力建设，基于Redex/R8实现字节码优化，或基于LLVM实现二进制产物优化，持续提升程序运行性能； 2、负责跟进业内及学术界Toolchain领域前沿技术进展，开展可行性验证并推动落地； 3、负责探索LLM在性能优化和Toolchain优化的应用，推进相关技术研究与落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握C++/Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift之一； 3、有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，追求卓越，团队意识强； 4、优秀的团队沟通与协作能力。

以下任一领域有相关经验者优先： 1、熟悉一个虚拟机（ART/OpenJDK/GraalVM）或一种语言运行时，具备运行时系统、GC、Interpreter、JIT/AOT编译器等相关经验； 2、熟悉Redex/R8/LLVM，具备编译器功能开发，以及优化Pass、PGO、LTO/ThinLTO、BOLT等相关经验； 3、有程序静态分析学术研究或开发相关经验。
