1、本科及以上学历，5年数字广告（尤其是效果广告）产品营销或产品运营经验； 2、深入了解App度量行业及相关解决方案（SDK、SKAN、一方/三方App广告归因、MMP等），具备App效果营销活动定性与定量度量的实操经验； 3、沟通、演讲及分析能力；善于构建有说服力的叙事逻辑，能够将营销信息简化为不同受众易于理解的表达； 4、有O2O行业及App目录产品经验者优先； 5、英语流利，能作为工作语言。
