1、负责公司非中国区官方账号的日常运营与内容策划及制作，能够结合品牌定位与目标受众群体（B端），挖掘沟通点，形成自媒体内容框架； 2、把控内容生产全流程，协同区域团队和资源方，完成内容的文案撰写、图片制作、动画剪辑等工作，保障内容质量与发布时效； 3、通过自媒体平台，输出直播课等教育内容，协同多语言和区域需求，做好直播课内容筛选和覆盖； 4、协同区域B端客群，通过社交媒体的品牌联动激发机构和创作者主动传播，带来额外的讨论度和声量； 5、监控并分析官号运营数据，实时调优运营及内容策略；同时根据数据及分析结果调整内容方向与投放策略，提升账号传播效率与品牌商业价值。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上新媒体运营/内容行业/B端经验，有自媒体账号运营或线上课运营经验优先； 2、有较强的网感，熟悉各大非中国区常用社交、新媒体平台的运营规则； 3、需具备较强的文案能力，对本地机构/创作者需求的敏锐洞察力； 4、有良好的团队协作意识和跨部门沟通能力，对用户需求敏感具备用户思维和创新意识，有一定的抗压能力，英文可以作为工作语言； 5、逻辑清晰，执行力强，有自驱力，有B端，非中国区品牌&增长经验优先。
