1、能深入理解抖音电商B端业务，主导设计提案、设计价值的挖掘以提升体验，对平台用户的诉求及痛点有洞察；与产品、研发、运营等多部门紧密合作，深度参与项目全流程，提供专业的设计建议，确保设计方案有效落地； 2、关注B端用户体验，有用户视角，能通过用户研究、走访、数据分析等方式，持续挖掘用户痛点并主导设计创新方案，提升产品易用性和用户满意度； 3、关注设计趋势、工具（如AI）及风向动态，能够突破创新，将前沿知识和技术应用到项目中，提升团队设计质量与效率； 4、熟练运用Figma，高质量呈现设计方案；熟练掌握设计开发流程要求，支持研发高质量设计落地； 5、维护并支持设计系统规范的优化迭代，并能通过可用性测试，有效收集体验反馈，落地设计交付物。

1、设计等相关专业优先，具备5年以上B端平台类设计经验； 2、优秀的业务思维，能清晰了解业务发展和规划，并有自己的判断和思考； 3、较强的逻辑能力及用户体验设计能力，能够充分理解业务需求转化为切实可落地的设计方案，同时站在用户视角把控体验细节，平衡好用户需求和业务目标； 4、较强的自驱力和设计规划能力，能规划好设计工作；良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能承担一定的工作压力，取得好结果； 5、持续探索前沿设计趋势和技术，提升团队的设计价值和质量。
