行业产品经理B端—抖音电商校招，1、参与抖音电商行业B端产品相关工作，围绕商家经营、行业解决方案、经营提效、商品供给、交易转化等场景，协助完成产品方案设计与落地全流程，包括需求分析、数据分析、产品文档撰写、项目推进、上线验收及效果复盘等； 2、深入理解抖音电商不同行业的商家经营链路，参与挖掘商家在商品管理、内容经营、营销增长、经营诊断、活动参与、履约售后等环节中的痛点，输出可落地的产品优化方案； 3、关注AI在商家经营场景中的应用机会，参与探索智能经营诊断、AI经营助手、商品/内容优化建议、行业策略推荐、商家问题识别等方向，协助提升商家经营效率和平台行业增长能力； 4、对电商平台、商家后台、行业经营工具及相关产品进行调研分析，关注市场动态、行业差异和商家需求变化，形成结构化分析与策略建议； 5、参与线上产品能力的运营与迭代，协同产品、研发、运营、QA、行业团队等多方解决商家在经营过程中的实际问题，跟进产品效果，推动目标达成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、商业分析、统计学、数据分析、电子商务、信息管理、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、热爱电商行业，对电商、商家经营、B端产品、行业解决方案、AI产品方向有兴趣，有电商平台、商家后台、B端产品、数据分析、运营策略相关实习经历优先； 3、具备较强的业务理解能力和结构化思考能力，能够理解不同行业商家的经营模式和核心诉求，并将复杂业务问题拆解为清晰的产品方案； 4、具备良好的数据意识和问题解决能力，能够基于商家反馈、业务数据、功能使用情况等发现问题、分析原因并提出优化建议，有Excel、SQL、Python、A/B实验分析经验者优先； 5、对AI应用有好奇心和学习热情，了解或愿意学习大模型、AI经营助手、智能诊断、智能推荐、AIGC、智能客服等相关方向，能思考AI如何提升商家经营效率； 6、具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神、自驱力、学习能力和责任心，能够与产品、研发、运营、QA、行业团队等多方协作，推动产品需求落地，并快速适应复杂变化的业务环境，保证工作质量和执行效率。
