1、本科及以上学历，设计等相关专业优先，具备5年以上的B端平台类产品设计管理工作； 2、具备出色的团队管理能力及沟通协调能力，能有效提升团队设计效率，并带领团队建立跨部门友好的合作关系； 3、较强的逻辑能力及用户体验设计能力，能够充分理解业务需求转化为切实可落地的设计方案，同时站在用户视角把控体验细节，平衡好用户需求和业务目标； 4、较强的主动意识和自驱力，能探索前沿设计趋势和技术，提升团队的设计价值和质量。
